Customer Success Engineer - Database (2nd Shift)
Tasks
- Advocate for customer feedback to improve products
- Analyze customer systems and recommend performance improvements
- Collaborate on onboarding migrations and complex escalations
- Conduct root cause analysis for complex incidents
- Diagnose and resolve production database performance and availability issues
- Guide customers in database architecture design best practices
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
- Provide hands on technical support for database and cloud infrastructure issues
- Use monitoring and observability to identify performance bottlenecks
