Tasks
- Architect multi domain data models for scale reuse performance
- Build and maintain data models for reporting needs
- Build clean well documented datasets for self serve use
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering on integrations and platform infrastructure
- Design and maintain semantic layers for curated governed metrics
- Design and optimize data pipeline and ingestion workflows
- Ensure data outputs match care delivery accurately
- Establish and govern semantic layer or metrics tooling
- Evaluate and onboard new tooling across the data stack
- Implement data observability and SLA monitoring
- Lead modeling standards code review and data testing strategy
- Maintain data catalog and documentation standards for domain
- Surface data gaps and quality issues to stakeholders
- Train clinical stakeholders on data tools and drive adoption
- Translate business questions into structured data requirements
- Work with clinical stakeholders to validate data logic
- Write and maintain data tests documentation and lineage
