Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations
Tasks
- Audit packing guides and labeling compliance
- Conduct operational incident investigations
- Coordinate operational alignment with merchants and partners
- Coordinate shipment mode selection in WMS
- Create root cause analysis reports
- Define corrective actions and preventative measures
- Develop and audit standard operating procedures
- Ensure OSHA and safety compliance
- Maintain SLA compliance for orders
- Manage B2B fulfillment execution
- Manage inventory lot hold and release in WMS
- Monitor and improve fulfillment metrics
- Oversee kitting and value added services
- Report end of day operational status and risks
- Resolve missed pickups and carrier no shows
- Schedule and manage carrier pickups
- Track days of backlog and production progress
