Manager, Fulfillment & Inventory Operations
Tasks
- Align inbound inspection standards and exception escalation with QC
- Build API integrations between internal systems and vendor platforms
- Define and manage SLAs for purchase order to shipment and returns
- Define transfer order protocols for studio and retail locations
- Document and systematize operational processes into repeatable playbooks
- Escalate inventory and fulfillment exceptions and resolve hands on
- Implement real time alerting and monitoring for discrepancies
- Maintain inventory accuracy across NetSuite and 3PL WMS systems
- Manage end to end returns operations including triage disposition and credits
- Own fulfillment execution for owned and operated brands through 3PL partners
- Partner to design and maintain reporting pipelines and operational dashboards
- Reconcile inventory coordinate audits and support forecasting inputs
- Track fulfillment and inventory performance and drive accountability through reviews
- Use AI tools and scripting to automate exception handling and SOP creation
