Field Supervisor, Telecom Fulfillment
Tasks
- Assign CPE to technicians
- Conduct quality control checks
- Coordinate workload and reroutes
- Distribute daily work to technicians
- Ensure contracted crews follow safety standards and laws
- Ensure equipment is secured and maintained
- Manage client equipment collection
- Mentor and develop technicians
- Monitor technician progress
- Oversee daily installation operations
- Participate in KPI verification calls
- Perform first call readiness checks
- Provide coaching to technicians
- Respond to client calls and escalations
- Review completed work and provide feedback
- Support technicians with troubleshooting
- Track and scan CPE equipment
- Travel to project sites
- Validate jobs marked not done
