Tasks
- Act as primary interface to treasury clients
- Coordinate implementation requests with clients
- Engage stakeholders during implementation
- Facilitate internal and external client calls
- Lead treasury cash management and card implementation
- Manage client interactions with treasury operations and technology teams
- Meet with sales partners weekly to discuss work pipeline
- Provide fulfillment support to sales teams for client book
- Provide relationship management and technical assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues
