Fulfillment Associate
Tasks
- Assist buyers and sellers with fulfillment
- Cancel replace or refund ticket sales
- Handle ticket transaction fulfillment
- Identify low performing sellers and resolve issues
- Manage unconfirmed and rejected orders
- Oversee ticket delivery per SOP
- Perform outbound calls
- Resolve fulfillment disputes between buyers and sellers
- Send email follow ups
- Submit and oversee retransfer requests
- Use transfer platforms for ticket transfers
