Fulfillment & Logistics Associate (Hybrid)
Tasks
- Address customer inquiries for order status shipping and returns
- Communicate with suppliers vendors and carriers
- Conduct product inspections
- Coordinate inbound and pullout schedules
- Ensure orders meet quality standards
- Generate and analyze reports
- Implement inventory control measures
- Manage inventory levels
- Monitor service level agreements SLA
- Optimize transportation and logistics processes
- Perform stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process customer orders accurately
- Process inbound and pullout requests
- Resolve shipment delays and damages
- Track orders and inventory using software systems
- Verify inventory availability
