Fulfillment Operations Supervisor - Night Shift
Tasks
- Align staffing and priorities to real time volume
- Coach leads to run their areas independently
- Create shift handoffs with performance risks and priorities
- Drive shift productivity and quality targets
- Identify workflow breakdowns and implement fixes
- Lead night shift outbound operations
- Maintain safety through real time risk auditing
- Monitor WMS queues and floor conditions
- Reallocate labor to prevent bottlenecks
