Tasks
- Coach and provide feedback
- Identify expired and short dated items
- Lead omni fulfillment operations
- Maintain inventory location accuracy
- Manage merchandise staging and packing
- Manage team performance and staffing
- Meet SLA and productivity metrics
- Monitor and resolve inventory and equipment issues
- Oversee order picking
- Package orders per SOP
- Print shipping labels and packing slips
- Process member orders using pick list device
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Teach and train omni team members
- Update merchandise locations and equipment
- Use RF scanner to pick and verify orders
