- Conduct fulfillment audits
- Coordinate buy online pickup in store and same day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain clean safe fulfillment environment
- Model packing behaviors and provide feedback
- Partner with store leaders to execute shared fulfillment functions
- Review and audit outgoing packages
- Schedule staff to meet workload hours
- Serve as NPS owner for order packed with thought and care
- Serve as store fulfillment technology subject matter expert
- Supervise workload planning and task management
- Track fulfillment metrics fill rates ship speed ready on time NPS packed
- Train and lead pick and pack team
- Use workload projection tools and forecasts
