• Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound calls
• Assist students with application and course registration
• Handle confidential information
• Maintain accurate records in Workday
• Maintain up to date knowledge of admissions records advising and financial services policies
• Manage service schedules and verify estimates
• Provide customer service by phone email text live chat and ticketing
• Provide enrollment advising and student financial services information
• Resolve issues independently and route inquiries to correct departments
• Schedule appointments with academic advisors
• Troubleshoot online portal and system issues
