Tasks
- Assist with inventories and supplies management
- Coordinate communication between dining room and kitchen
- Create staffing schedules
- Ensure dining room and club areas are secure and locked
- Handle server and bartender duties
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain manager on duty reports
- Manage event and private party service
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations
- Resolve customer complaints
- Supervise dining room service
- Track and report cover counts
- Train food and beverage staff
- Update menus and POS menu items
