Group Operations Manager- Centralized Fulfillment Operations
Tasks
- Administer procedures and QA disputes
- Align priorities strategies to employee goals and intervene to improve performance
- Communicate organizational decisions and results
- Conduct forecasting staffing capacity planning
- Coordinate activities across operations segments
- Develop analyze procedures for unit and product activities
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Handle vendor management administration
- Identify analyze and resolve complex operational problems
- Implement process performance improvements
- Lead operations across multiple segments
- Maintain risk discipline and controls
- Manage budgets and expenses forecasting
