Lead Automations Analyst
Tasks
- Author skills prompts and knowledge base entries
- Build onboarding playbooks for new hires
- Build orchestrators and sub agents inside ORA
- Communicate shipped outcomes to Success leadership
- Create pre call briefs and adoption risk signals
- Define and document solution design testing and shipping patterns
- Deploy solutions into production and monitor quality drift
- Design AI workflows across call lifecycle
- Design feedback loops for quality measurement
- Generate post call grading recaps and CRM updates
- Implement transcription driven follow ups and escalation routing
- Ingest evaluation signals from QA II and prioritize fixes
- Integrate new platform capabilities into solutions
- Own end to end AI solution delivery inside ORA
- Participate in design reviews and validate builds
- Partner with RevOps on ORA platform capability gaps
- Provide design context to QA II for evaluations
- Provide in call next best action guidance
- Run experiments with new models and evaluation approaches
- Set solution quality test coverage and observability standards
- Share findings across teams
- Write feature requirements with acceptance criteria and edge cases
