Tasks
- Align stakeholders on what is validated and what remains uncertain
- Build scale up case for successful MVPs
- Coach and mentor team members on discovery and product judgment
- Communicate trade offs learning and scale implications to stakeholders
- Create evidence based backlog decisions from release outcomes
- Define and refine epics experiments and user stories for MVP validation
- Define validation strategy for digital and AI products
- Design iterative learning cycles from interviews and pilots
- Establish validation metrics for value realization and traction
- Identify adoption friction in onboarding integration governance and training
- Identify requirements to scale from MVP to enterprise
- Lead and manage product managers and cross functional resources
- Lead early adopter engagement and feedback collection
- Partner with business product data engineering IT and operations teams
- Prioritize product decisions using evidence
- Recommend persevere refine reposition or stop MVP
- Test value proposition with early adopter segments
- Translate customer and user insights into product direction
