- Build AI total cost of ownership model
- Build and lead AI engineering organization operating model and career pathways
- Build shared AI platform models tooling and guardrails
- Define AI strategy and execution roadmap
- Deliver end to end production AI solutions with monitoring
- Design evaluation frameworks and human in the loop workflows
- Design generative AI and agentic system architecture
- Ensure model risk management and regulatory adherence
- Ensure stability scalability auditability explainability and regulatory compliance
- Establish AI engineering standards and development patterns
- Evaluate foundation models and agent frameworks build buy partner decisions
- Lead AI governance forums and architecture review boards
- Lead productivity and efficiency programs
- Manage AI technology budget and cost to serve
- Manage cross functional AI delivery and dependencies
- Manage vendor and partner AI platform strategy
