Tasks
- Build ETL ELT pipelines and automate data integration
- Build lead and develop data and applications teams
- Define KPIs and SLAs for application performance and support
- Deliver enterprise reporting for financial and operational KPIs
- Develop Power BI reporting dashboards and semantic models
- Develop and execute ERP modernization roadmap
- Drive ISO 27001 readiness
- Drive enterprise applications strategy
- Drive organizational change and system adoption
- Enable self-service BI
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and audit readiness
- Establish ITIL aligned service management practices
- Establish data governance data quality definitions and ownership
- Implement application and data lifecycle management
- Lead ERP integration and interoperability
- Lead ERP support enhancements upgrades and issue resolution
- Lead data infrastructure and data lake warehouse environments
- Manage ERP governance change management and prioritization
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party providers
- Own ERP performance and reliability
- Rationalize application portfolio reduce redundancy and technical debt
