- Build reproducible analytical pipelines
- Ensure data governance privacy and traceability
- Evaluate and adopt new analytical methods and tools
- Integrate genetics genomics proteomics and clinical phenotypes
- Lead translational data analyses
- Mentor and coach scientists and analysts
- Own end to end analytical workstreams
- Partner to operationalize and scale analysis in secure environments
- Present results to stakeholders
- Support knowledge sharing through documentation and peer review
- Translate scientific questions into computational approaches
