Analyze workload resource usage and optimize pipeline and warehouse performance
Apply secure by design access and sharing practices
Design and maintain dbt models in a cloud data warehouse
Establish engineering standards for pipeline development and documentation
Implement data quality validation reconciliation and freshness monitoring
Implement monitoring alerting and incident response to improve pipeline reliability
Lead end to end delivery of data pipelines and integrations
Manage deployments and change control using version control and CI CD patterns
Mentor engineers through technical guidance and code reviews
Provide data platform support for ingestion transformation orchestration monitoring and warehouse operations
