- Design and operate storage performance management
- Drive storage cost optimization
- Implement and manage SAN NAS and object storage
- Implement and operate cloud tiered storage
- Implement data protection with ransomware protection and immutable snapshots
- Lead storage upgrades firmware lifecycle management and security patching
- Operate Ceph clusters
- Translate storage industry updates into recommendations and adoption proposals
- Troubleshoot complex storage issues across array network and host layers
