Inventory Manager - Robotics
Tasks
- Build inventory operations from the ground up
- Create location structures and naming conventions
- Create training and procedures for new facilities
- Develop serialized and lot controlled material controls
- Establish barcode workflows and material status controls
- Establish receiving procedures and quarantine when needed
- Execute receiving labeling putaway picking kitting and issuing
- Identify inventory risks shortages excess and process breakdowns
- Maintain inventory visibility and availability status
- Manage inventory transfers between buildings
- Manage returns and inventory adjustments
- Own inventory tools and workflows
- Partner with systems team to implement operational requirements
- Perform cycle counting and physical inventory
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes
- Select racks shelving bins labeling equipment and scanners
- Set up stockrooms and receiving areas
