- Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams
- Deliver cloud migration and infrastructure upgrade projects
- Develop technical standards and best practices for compute and storage platforms
- Escalate and resolve complex incidents problems and changes
- Maintain compliance with security policies and audit requirements
- Manage identity and access control
- Mentor operations teams and support knowledge sharing
- Monitor analyze and optimize compute and storage cost performance and capacity
- Provide fourth line support for cloud and on prem infrastructure
