- Install and configure racks of hosts
- Mentor less technical staff
- Participate in data center power and cooling events
- Participate in data center projects
- Provide 24x7 on-call support
- Remediate physical layer outages
- Remediate physical power issues
- Replace server and network device parts
- Resolve trouble tickets
- Rotate parts and spares
- Support hiring processes
- Triage and resolve device trouble tickets
- Troubleshoot Linux server issues
- Troubleshoot XEN virtualization
