Tasks
- Bridge product management and AI engineering
- Build and scale AI data engineering operating model
- Coach/mentor team members
- Coordinate UAT and production monitoring
- Define and enforce quality standards for user story delivery
- Define organization wide standards for delivery quality
- Drive backlog prioritization
- Establish frameworks for output quality governance
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and drive process improvements
- Lead AI agent engineers and data scientists
- Lead cross functional AI initiatives from discovery to delivery
- Lead post implementation validation and output quality reviews
- Own end to end AI solution design and delivery
- Partner with product managers on feature roadmaps
- Run sprint planning and retrospectives
- Run structured refinement sessions
- Set technical direction and delivery direction
- Support product activation and customer adoption
