- Lead adoption of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud tooling
- Lead code reviews and architecture design sessions
- Lead generative AI adoption and governance
- Mentor and grow engineering teams
- Migrate mainframe workloads to Java microservices
- Partner with finance to renegotiate contracts and optimize spend
- Use MCP and Google ADK for multi agent integrations
- Validate functional parity with unit integration regression and performance testing
