- Create reusable migration patterns and tooling
- Decommission redundant systems and consolidate tooling
- Define and enforce engineering standards
- Design REST API and gRPC services
- Drive Agile SAFe delivery practices
- Govern CI CD pipelines and automate deployments
- Identify and quantify technology cost reduction opportunities
- Implement observability with logging, tracing, metrics
- Implement secrets management with Vault
- Lead adoption of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud tooling
- Lead code reviews and architecture design sessions
- Lead generative AI adoption and governance
- Mentor and grow engineering teams
- Migrate mainframe workloads to Java microservices
- Partner with finance to renegotiate contracts and optimize spend
- Use MCP and Google ADK for multi agent integrations
- Validate functional parity with unit integration regression and performance testing
