Robotics Field Service Technician
Tasks
- Coordinate field schedules and logistics
- Document service work and follow up actions
- Escalate complex issues to engineering
- Execute preventive maintenance on robotic manufacturing cells
- Flag recurring issues for investigation
- Follow safety standards including LOTO
- Log service activity and asset updates in CMMS
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
- Perform corrective maintenance and repairs
- Provide technical support to customer operators
- Respond to on site service calls and troubleshoot
- Support RCA sessions and audits
