- Leverage external GenAI providers with governance
- Link product features to monetization models
- Own GenAI product strategy and roadmap
- Productize GenAI capabilities into market ready offerings
- Scale GenAI use cases across markets
- Support deal shaping and client conversations
- Track adoption productivity and revenue outcomes
