Junior HR People Data & Analytics Analyst
Tasks
- Extract HR data from HR systems
- Follow data governance standards and procedures
- Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards
- Identify and flag data discrepancies
- Maintain reporting documentation and data definitions
- Perform data validation checks
- Prepare data for annual pay and talent cycles
- Prepare datasets for standard and ad hoc reports
- Support SOP updates and implementation
- Support data cleansing and correction
- Support recurring HR reporting cycles
