Staff Enterprise AI Engineer - Agentic Workflows & Productivity
Tasks
- Build and operate model infrastructure and cost monitoring
- Build cross platform interoperable agents with schema intent mapping
- Build reference agents RAG pipelines integrations and MCP connectors
- Debug non deterministic retrieval and generation behavior
- Design self service agent factory templates and IDE guardrails
- Develop coding assistants and source code management workflows
- Develop ideation requirement and design specification generation
- Enable users with enterprise AI capabilities training and support
- Establish evaluation quality and monitoring practices for agent workflows
- Implement CI CD deployment and monitoring for agents
- Implement cross perimeter authentication and access controls
- Implement tenant isolation security and compliance guardrails
- Lead agent workflow design across PDLC
- Mentor engineers and lead code reviews design reviews and pairing
- Own enterprise AI platform architecture and rollout
- Set technical strategy standards patterns and governance for agentic workflows
- Stand up identity federation and IAM foundations
- Steer external delivery partners scope review deliverables and timelines
