Tasks
- Align technical solutions to business objectives
- Build RAG pipelines for search and assistants
- Deploy and optimize AI workloads on CPU GPU infrastructures
- Ensure AI solutions meet security governance observability performance and responsible AI standards
- Ensure coding practices quality compliance
- Evaluate and apply emerging AI technologies
- Guide work breakdown and execution
- Implement prompt engineering and retrieval strategies
- Integrate AI/ML models into solutions
- Mentor team and conduct peer reviews
- Optimize model inference performance
- Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance
- Provide feature delivery leadership
- Work with Product Owner on backlog health and acceptance criteria
