Tasks
- Build and run pipeline infrastructure on AWS
- Build internal tooling for developer productivity
- Develop testing frameworks for pipelines
- Implement monitoring and alerting
- Improve reliability and reproducibility
- Integrate new methods into production pipelines
- Maintain AWS Batch workflows
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Own WDL workflows
- Provide first line review for pipeline changes
- Review and test code changes
- Support production issue triage
- Transition workflows to Nextflow
- Use AWS HealthOmics
