Lead Data Analyst, Payments Platform
Tasks
- Analyze transaction costs and success rates across ACH and card rails
- Assess retry logic impact on cost and member experience
- Build alerting for payment anomalies
- Build monitoring dashboards for model performance
- Collaborate with data science to support predictive model deployment
- Evaluate payment routing and collection strategies
- Investigate payment failure patterns by institution response code and payment method
- Translate model outputs into business insights
