- Analyze queries using Query Store
- Apply TDE Always Encrypted and Row Level Security
- Automate backups scaling and maintenance
- Collaborate with developers to optimize DB interactions
- Create database schemas and data models
- Design database solutions using Azure services
- Design geo replication and failover groups
- Ensure GDPR and HIPAA compliance
- Implement database security encryption and role based access control
- Mentor junior DBA and DevOps teams
- Optimize database cost with Azure Cost Management
- Optimize indexes partitions and caching
- Plan high availability and disaster recovery using Azure
- Right size databases using cost analysis
- Set RTO and RPO using Azure Site Recovery
- Set up monitoring and alerting with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Tune database performance and troubleshoot queries
