Lead Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician - Romeoville, IL
Tasks
- Assist with order processing as needed
- Escalate operational issues to pharmacy leadership
- Execute prescription fulfillment workflows
- Identify and implement workflow improvements
- Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians
- Maintain inspection-ready workspace
- Manage technician onboarding and SOP compliance
- Monitor quality safety and regulatory compliance
- Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation equipment
- Oversee pharmacy fulfillment operations
- Resolve order and shipping issues with pharmacists
- Support scheduling and staffing
- Train and coach pharmacy technicians
- Verify order accuracy for picking packing shipping
