Lead Product Manager — Growth & Customer Experience (Embedded Lending)
Tasks
- Create ROI driven product roadmap
- Define intuitive user flows
- Enhance merchant onboarding and reporting
- Ensure funnel instrumentation and analytics dashboards
- Identify friction and test improvements
- Improve conversion and approval rates
- Improve identity fraud and underwriting flows
- Improve partner developer experience
- Lead cross functional execution to launch
- Lead migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms
- Map borrower and merchant journeys
- Own and optimize end to end origination funnel
- Partner with risk data science compliance and engineering
- Prioritize initiatives using success metrics
- Reduce losses with decisioning enhancements
- Run A B tests and progressive rollouts
