- Align goals and delivery commitments with organizational outcomes

- Design scalable batch and streaming data pipelines

- Lead Oracle DB migration from on premise to GCP

- Own end to end technical delivery for operational data platforms
- Own hiring onboarding and performance management strategy
- Provide hands on solution design and technical direction
- Provide technical leadership for data architecture modernization
