Robotics Field Service Engineer
Tasks
- Coordinate field scheduling with customers vendors and internal stakeholders
- Document service work root cause analysis and follow up actions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards including LOTO
- Identify recurring failure patterns and escalate systemic risks
- Log service activity asset updates and spare part requirements in CMMS
- Monitor system performance remotely using dashboards
- Participate in root cause analysis sessions and audits
- Perform preventive corrective predictive maintenance on robotic manufacturing cells
- Provide hands on technical support to customer operators and maintenance teams
- Respond to remote and onsite escalations diagnose root cause restore systems quickly
