- Advise customers on product configuration and best practices
- Analyze solution usage and data patterns
- Configure solutions based on customer requirements
- Implement proactive maintenance and solution improvements
- Maintain reusable object repository
- Monitor customer solution health and performance
- Prepare performance utilization and support metrics
- Review releases features and fix impact
- Support change management recommendations
- Support data validation and report creation
- Support upsell cross sell and expansion motions
- Troubleshoot errors and investigate defects
