Tasks
- Build data labeling and retrieval quality pipelines
- Build event driven data integrations
- Define PII PHI handling consent retention
- Design multi tenant cloud architecture
- Develop API first white label platform
- Develop RAG and agent features
- Establish SLIs, SLOs, error budgets
- Implement CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
- Implement encryption key management and DLP
- Implement prompt model versioning and A B testing
- Lead technical roadmap and ADRs
- Manage tech debt and capacity cost modeling
- Mentor engineers and run design reviews
- Own LLM safety evals and red teaming
- Partner with product clinical and sales stakeholders
