- Build executive stakeholder relationships
- Coach engineers on solution design and delivery quality
- Collaborate with sales field engineering product and professional services
- Debug production delivery issues and unblock escalations
- Develop reusable delivery patterns and technical assets
- Drive end to end solution delivery from discovery to deployment
- Hire, mentor, and grow engineers
- Lead customer facing engineering team
- Own delivery strategy for customer engagements
- Provide senior technical escalation and architecture reviews
