Manager, Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence (LAC)
Tasks
- Build self service BI dashboards and datasets
- Conduct test control incrementality and MMM analysis
- Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards
- Document metrics definitions and ensure metric governance
- Measure campaign and initiative performance
- Own marketing performance measurement across channels
- Partner with IT and data teams to improve data quality
- Provide ad hoc customer product pricing and promo analysis
- Train stakeholders on dashboard usage and measurement best practices
- Translate analysis into optimization recommendations
