Marketing Analytics Manager
Tasks
- Analyze customer journey and website experience
- Conduct customer segmentation and behavior analysis
- Define prioritize and implement site performance enhancements
- Design run and evaluate A B and multivariate tests
- Develop executive performance dashboards
- Develop hypotheses and validate statistical results
- Identify trends and diagnose root causes
- Lead cross functional collaboration with UX development and ecommerce
- Maintain reporting frameworks
- Optimize marketing investment and website conversion
- Present data-driven insights to senior leadership
- Recommend and implement marketing and ecommerce strategy changes
- Set KPIs and track progress
- Translate test outcomes into long term strategy
