- Build and mentor AI and integration engineering team
- Communicate AI strategy adoption metrics ROI and outcomes
- Define AI governance frameworks for evaluations observability security compliance model management and cost tracking
- Deliver production AI agents with measurable business impact
- Design develop and deploy production AI agents
- Drive enterprise AI adoption with cross functional AI champions
- Establish architectural patterns and engineering standards
- Implement agentic workflows across business functions
- Lead AI Center of Excellence strategy roadmap and operating cadence
- Partner with executives to identify prioritize AI opportunities
- Select vendor and tooling for model providers orchestration integration and observability
