Model Risk and Validation Lead
Tasks
- Conduct risk assessments for unintended bias and errors
- Define KPIs and KRIs for automations and report regularly
- Design risk measurement framework for AI and automated decision making
- Develop risk metrics for automation reliability and exposure
- Diagnose root causes of performance deviations and control failures
- Document risk measurement methodologies and diagnostic processes
- Enforce policies for AI model usage and process automation risk measurement
- Enhance real time diagnostic monitoring for AI ML in production
- Implement continuous monitoring with diagnostic triggers and escalation thresholds
- Maintain automation inventory and change management process
- Maintain governance framework compliance for AI model usage
- Manage human in the loop approval process
- Provide oversight of model risk framework
- Refine models using diagnostic findings and incident learnings
- Report risk posture and diagnostic outcomes to senior management
- Validate and test AI decisioning models for accuracy reliability fairness
