Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering (Shenzhen_GenAI Agent Platform)
Tasks
- Advise leadership on technical trade-offs
- Architect agent orchestration and workflows
- Assess and upgrade generative AI agent frameworks
- Coordinate delivery scope risks dependencies and milestones
- Create reference implementations and onboarding pathways
- Define generative AI agent platform requirements
- Define success metrics and SLOs
- Enable developers with APIs SDKs templates documentation
- Establish governance for safe agent delivery
- Implement observability with logs, metrics, and traces
- Implement skill registry and reusable patterns
- Integrate tools and functions
- Manage Memory and State
- Run evaluations and tune reliability accuracy latency and cost
