- Apply digital tools for data interpretation
- Collaborate on sample workflows and laboratory manuals
- Develop qualify and validate assays
- Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Establish SOPs and laboratory documentation
- Execute RT qPCR and qPCR assays
- Isolate genomic DNA and RNA
- Maintain GCLP compliant documentation
- Maintain electronic laboratory notebooks
- Manage reagent qualification and maintenance
- Partner with internal and external laboratories
- Perform bioanalytical assays
- Quantitate RNA in biological matrices
- Review analytical data and validation reports
- Run gel electrophoresis and capillary electrophoresis
