Tasks
- Coach and train student assistants on systems and service standards
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects
- Escalate complex cases for second tier support
- Explain academic programs and enrollment policies
- Interpret policies and coordinate with core offices
- Manage high volume requests
- Participate in ongoing training
- Provide guidance and mentorship to student assistants
- Provide student services via phone in person email and self service portals
- Research issues across student records systems
- Track and document contacts in case management system
