Tasks
- Coordinate contractors architects engineers and stakeholders
- Develop project plans timelines budgets and risk assessments
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
- Drive throughput safety cost control
- Ensure health, safety, and quality compliance
- Lead coach and develop warehouse supervisors and teams
- Lead facility expansion and infrastructure upgrade projects
- Manage facilities incident investigations and corrective actions
- Manage fulfillment center daily operations
- Manage vendor relationships and maintenance contracts
- Manage workforce planning and shift scheduling
- Monitor warehouse productivity cost per unit and service levels
- Oversee facilities compliance with building fire and environmental regulations
- Oversee facility maintenance upkeep and safety
- Prepare and present project updates and post implementation reviews
- Provide management reporting on operations and facility risk
- Resolve operational bottlenecks with cross functional teams
