- Administer digital initiatives
- Ensure SOP adherence for BOPIC BOPIC Fresh Curbside Ship from Club
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products
- Lead omni team members
- Maintain staging area organization
- Manage inventory discrepancies
- Manage returns processing
- Monitor team member performance
- Package orders per standard operating procedures
- Perform OMNI functions
- Pick merchandise using pick list and RF device
- Print staging ticket packing slip shipping labels
- Process member orders
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Set goals and meet deadlines
- Support hiring and performance management
- Train and coach omni experience ambassadors
- Update merchandise locations
- Verify merchandise with handheld scanner
